We desire someone who is motivated by delivering a high standard of care, fostering close ties to our community and making a difference in the lives of our patients. - 5+ years Dental Experience - HARP Certification - Post-secondary dental education an asset - Customer Service Driven - High degree of organizational skills - Professional communication skills with patients and colleagues - Comfort with financial conversations - Desire to grow as a professional and take on new skills - Ability to switch focus regularly while completing tasks efficiently and effectively - Possess a team mindset and inspire positivity - Basic comfort/literacy with technology - Self-Motivated and Customer Service Oriented - Has an outgoing, friendly disposition Wages are competitive and based on experience.
