The Customer Solutions Team is looking for two highly motivated team members to join us as** Product Leads - Customer Solutions** to help develop and execute strategies to support the growth of electric based, clean energy solutions in the province. These roles are at the forefront of transition in energy and emerging clean technology. Examples of solutions including heat pumps, electric thermal storage, water heaters, EV smart charging, battery storage and community solar.
As a **Product Lead - Customer Solutions**, you are the voice of the customer and responsible for a portfolio of residential products at various lifecycle stages. You will provide strategic growth opportunities for existing products and help define, support, and launch emerging technologies. You bring your passion for product management and will be tasked with working across many stakeholders to successfully execute growth plans.
**Accountabilities**:
- Responsible for the full lifecycle of assigned products within your portfolio ensuring they are continuously developed and sustained for the long term.
- Evolve product strategy and build successful take to market plans and accelerate adoption by working with members at all levels.
- Identify opportunities to partner with our customers and share in the value of new energy solutions.
- Support the development, and lead the launch, of new programs and services.
- Maximize business value from a product, achieving the business goals and boosting return on investment.
- Analysis of marketplace trends, customer needs, and work with financial models.
- Collaborate with marketing to support initiatives and provide product messaging.
- Identify and sponsor market research to evaluate market potential and understand customer needs.
- Be involved in pilot projects, work directly with customers, and educate the benefits of electric based energy solutions to frontline employees, customers, and key stakeholders.

**Skills, Capabilities and Experience**:
- You have a post-secondary degree, a minimum of five years’ relevant experience in business, marketing, engineering, operations, or customer sales and support. Experience in product management is preferred.
- You have a strong analytical background and proficient typing and computer utilization skills. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Etc.).
- You have effective communication and organizational skills, are a self-starter who is a creative problem solver and able to think strategically as well as manage details.
- You possess strong oral and written communication skills. You can motivate and lead a cross functional team of professionals towards common goals and are a team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- You are dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers, always acting with the customer in mind.
- You are bottom line focused with strong financial acumen and comfortable with budgeting and forecasting.
- You have the energy and imagination needed to launch and products and achieve results in a fast paced and dynamic work environment.
