**Job Summary**
We’re a fast-paced warehouse that paints Hardie and wood products for siding, soffit, and cladding. We’re on the lookout for dependable, hardworking team players who take pride in doing a good job.

**Hours**: Monday to Friday, 6:45 AM - 2:45 PM
Afternoons are all yours — perfect for biking, relaxing, or doing whatever you love.

**Starting Wage**: $22/hour

**Benefits**: Kick in after 3 months

We’re big on **respect, punctuality, and a solid work ethic**. No experience? No problem — we’ll train the right person. If you’re someone who shows up, works hard, and gets along well with others, we’d love to hear from you.

**Duties**
- Prepping materials for painting
- Loading and unloading Hardie and wood products
- Picking and packing raw wood orders
- Labeling and bundling finished products
- Keeping the workspace clean and organized
- Inspecting products for quality and reporting any issues
- Following safety procedures and using PPE as required - Steel toed footware required
- Helping with general warehouse tasks as needed
- Assisting with inventory checks and stock organization

**Skills**
- Reliability - shows up on time, ready to work
- Attention to detail - especially for painting and packing accurately
- Physical stamina - able to lift, move, and stand for extended periods
- Teamwork - gets along well with others and communicates well
- Basic measuring skills - tape measure, counting, etc.
- Ability to follow instructions - learns quickly and sticks to procedures
- Safety awareness - understands and respects safety rules
- Time management - works efficiently to meet daily goals
- Positive attitude - willing to take on different tasks as needed
- Forklift or pallet jack experience - a bonus, but not required
