**To accomplish that, we need skilled, compassionate people who are ready to do what it takes to help us deliver that world class service. If this sounds like you, the job requires the following**:
**Work in our clinic during clinic hours which may be as early as 9 am, and as late as 9 pm as our schedule requires. Able to work weekend hours and holidays as required.**

**Duties may include**:

- Booking appointments for various services with different therapists**
**- Billing clients, and taking insurance information**
**- Taking payment**
**- Answering phone calls**
**- Outbound calls to existing clients**
**- Laundry and light cleaning**
**- Taking care of social media as directed**

- Excellent computer skills**
**- Fluent in English, both written and verbal**
**- Ability to work effectively independently**
**- Ability to follow and provide detailed written or verbal instructions**
**- Positive, focused, punctual, deadline driven, resilient and a team first attitude**
**- Previous Receptionist experience an asset**
**- Familiarity with JaneApp an asset**

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 20 per week

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- St. Albert, AB T8N 4K6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
