**What will you do in your first experience?**
You’ll be based out of our Headquarters location in Mississauga. You will work on projects that require you to perform cost/benefit analysis and balance our four key imperatives: cost, quality, service, and people. Most importantly, you will develop leadership skills by leading and implementing project initiatives.
All of these experiences will challenge you to develop a strong foundation and network in supply chain. Many of our coops and New Grads come back for several different experiences or rotate every 4 months.

- Take on the challenge of supporting work in PepsiCo's Performance with Purpose Agenda.
- This role is based out of the Mississauga Head office
- Key focus is on activities and projects around our planet initiative.
- Demonstrate your engineering skills by providing resolutions for PepsiCo Canada Supply Chain including our manufacturing Sites.
**Demand Planning/Commercialization Business Analyst**
- Take on the most current demand planning problems in PepsiCo Canada and use your business acumen and analytical skills to work cross-functionally on complex issues that need resolution
- This role is based in our Mississauga head office
- Co-op projects are defined based on the highest benefit to the business and the urgency to complete
- Experience the thrill of bringing your insights to critical issues and presenting back your findings to Executive Leaders
**Qualifications**
- Must be enrolled in an undergraduate/graduate Business program with an Operations focus or an Engineering program
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Strong technical and computer skills, specifically in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Outstanding organizational skills as demonstrated by your ability to handle multiple priorities and problem solve complex or difficult situations by anticipating obstacles and thinking ahead about next steps
- A passion for and a demonstrated commitment to extra-curricular activities and/or community involvement
- A demonstration of leadership and the ability to work well and thrive in environments where you are equally comfortable working alone or working as a key contributor to a team
- Experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, purchasing, distribution or logistics position is an asset but not a requirement
- Bilingual is an asset
- Collaborative team-player with a “roll-up your sleeves” approach
- Flexible and willing to work on off shifts (weekends or nights)
