**Job Summary**: As a Sales Associate at Green Car Tires, you will be the face of our business, helping customers select the right tires and services for their needs. You will earn a **competitive hourly wage plus commission**, giving you the opportunity to grow your earnings as you build relationships and drive sales. This role requires excellent customer service skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in selecting the right tire products and services
- Provide expert advice on tire options, promotions, warranties, and rebates
- Close sales and process transactions, including payments and invoicing
- Earn commission based on tire sales
- Work with the service team to ensure timely tire installations and smooth customer experiences
- Handle customer inquiries, both in person and over the phone, with professionalism
- Maintain knowledge of tire products, industry trends, and current promotions
- Help manage inventory and keep the sales floor organized
- Participate in regular training to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques

**Qualifications**:

- Previous retail sales or customer service experience (preferably in the automotive industry) is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a commission-based sales environment
- Knowledge of tire products is an advantage but not required (training provided)
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Basic computer skills for sales transactions and inventory management
- Positive attitude and self-motivated to achieve sales targets

Pay: $16.55-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 44 per week
