Assistant Store Manager Motorsport Apparel

**Job Summary**:
We’re looking for an energetic Assistant Manager who is ready to grow in retail management and shares our passion for Formula 1. You’ll support the Store Manager in delivering a high-performance team culture and creating an engaging, fan-driven in-store experience.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist with achieving sales targets and deliver outstanding service.
- Help manage day-to-day operations including opening/closing, stock handling, and floor supervision.
- Be a brand ambassador by staying current on Formula 1 news, teams, and product releases.
- Contribute to visual merchandising that highlights seasonal collections, special editions, and race-specific gear.
- Take initiative in solving customer issues and ensuring a smooth customer journey.
- Act as Store Manager when needed, demonstrating leadership and accountability.
- Help plan and execute in-store events or race weekend promotions.
**Requirements**:
- 1-2 years of experience in a retail sales role (apparel or sports preferred).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail, strong work ethic, and adaptability.
- Intermediate level of English required, other languages are preferred but not essential.
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent. If you have a degree, even better
- Flexibility to work scheduled hours including weekends, public holidays, and race-related events.
- Interest in motorsports and the Formula 1 fanbase preferred but not essential.
Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
**Education**:
- DCS / DEC (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Retail sales: 1 year (required)
