As a successful Scholars Education Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to assist the Centre Director in managing day-to-day operations, including overseeing curriculum, programming, scheduling, teacher training, the administration of assessments, and conferencing with parents.

**Qualifications of a successful Scholars Education Coordinator include**:

- A post-secondary education
- Ability to provide customer service that exceeds client expectations
- Successful background in education and/or sales, with a strong focus on customer service
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with clients
- Effective problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to connect with all types of learners, from all ages, and the desire to help all students succeed
- A professional, enthusiastic, flexible, and energetic demeanour
- Ability to lead a team

**Centre Growth Requirements**:

- Handle new inquiries, assessments, enrollments, and conferences with parents
- Meet goals established with the Centre Director
- Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with teachers, educational specialists, and other school administrators, parent-teacher organizations, case managers and community contacts.
- Manage daily business operations.

**Staff Management Requirements**:

- Facilitate staff meetings and workshops to ensure consistency in teaching practices
- Demonstrate and uphold staff morale and ensure the professional appearance of the centre
- Contribute to centre profitability by managing wages through staffing and scheduling.
- Provide oversight to staff related policies and procedures.

**Customer Service and Curriculum Support Requirements**:

- Keep clients informed of program progress and conference with them on an ongoing basis.
- Create goal-based programs and monitor programs for performance.
- Create a positive learning environment in the centre for staff and clients.
- Oversee and schedule student programs.
- Anticipate and be responsive to the needs and expectations of clients and respond proactively.
- Communicate accurate and complete information to clients in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
