Are you ready to take the next step in your career and lead one of our flagship Signature properties? We are seeking a General Manager for the Sandman Signature Vancouver Airport Hotel & Resort, an exciting opportunity to oversee a high-profile property in our portfolio.
This role is ideal for a motivated and ambitious leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving operational and financial success. As General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the hotel’s continued reputation as a leading destination in the Vancouver market.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Sandman Signature Vancouver Airport Hotel.
- Lead with a hands-on management style, inspiring and developing your team.
- Drive financial performance, establish service standards, and monitor results.
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to maximize revenue.
- Build strong community, business, and vendor relationships.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Foster a guest-first culture, addressing feedback and ensuring every guest leaves with a positive impression.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years Hotel General Manager experience OR 3-4 years as a Sales or Rooms Division Manager.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with proven success in motivating and developing teams.
- Experience in financial management, strategic planning, and operational excellence.
- A passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Hotel PMS systems.
