**Title**:Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure and maintain the integrity of the work environment
- Enforcing proper hygiene and safe food handling
- Resolving conflicts are they may arise with clients and staff members alike
- Troubleshooting the POS system when necessary
- Opening & closing up shop in a satisfactory manner when required
- Ensuring the workspace is properly stocked and taking inventory
- Overseeing the prep work prior to service
- Delegating tasks as needed and ensure the proper completion of tasks
- Scheduling of client facing staff members
- Training new hires and coaching existing team members
- Timely and consistent relaying of information to management

**Requirements**:

- Ability to work comfortably in a fast paced environment
- Outstanding leadership and organizational skill
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work nights and weekends
- Flexibility and adaptability are an asset
- Culinary experience and leadership experience are strong assets

**Offering**:

- $20/hr starting with the ability to collect tips; paid out at the end of every shift
- Employee discount
- Two consecutive days off

**Job Type**: Seasonal

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 35 per week

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 3 years (required)
