**About us**

Avestec is a technology company, offering proprietary aerial robots for inspection of industrial assets. We are looking for a Mechanical engineer to help with the development of an advanced robotics systems for industrial asset inspection.

Avestec is seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Technical Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing various technical projects within our organization.

**Duties**:

- Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
- Coordinate with engineering teams to analyze requirements and manage project development.
- Oversee release management processes to ensure smooth deployment of the solution
- Oversee the manufacturing process to ensure on time delivery
- Drive the team with effective leadership skills to achieve project milestones efficiently.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.
- Communicate with clients and internal teams to finalize requirements, provide progress updates, and track deliverables

**Qualifications**:

- BSc (or higher) in mechanical engineering or any related discipline
- Be a master of communication
- Strong understanding for robotics and system design
- Proven experience in technical project management with a strong background in hardware development.
- Proficiency in time management to prioritize tasks effectively and meet project deadlines.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum for iterative project management.
- Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
- Strong leadership capabilities to motivate teams and drive project success.
- Hands-on experience in robotics development, assembly and wiring
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills (both internally with the team and externally with the clients)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $75,000.00-$95,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Project management: 1 year (preferred)
