Pita Basket, a popular and fast-paced Lebanese restaurant, is currently seeking a friendly, energetic, and dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative / Kitchen Helper. If you have a passion for food and love to provide exceptional customer service, we'd like to hear from you.

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional service to all customers, ensuring their dining experience is pleasant and memorable.
- Take customer orders accurately, providing menu information and making recommendations as necessary.
- Assist with the preparation of Lebanese dishes including shawarmas, donair, wraps, platters, and more.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area and kitchen.
- Assist kitchen staff in food preparation tasks and cleaning duties as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Prior experience in a customer service role or as a kitchen helper is a plus.
- Passionate about food with a particular interest in Lebanese cuisine.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation standards.

**Compensation**:
