**Account Manager** - Customer Onboarding

We are looking for a **customer-relationship enthusiast** to **support our new users as they take their first steps with Dreeven** and guide them throughout their ongoing adoption over time.

**Mission**
- The **Account Manager** - **Customer Onboarding** plays a key role in welcoming and integrating clients, from the kickoff meeting to the full deployment of the platform.
They ensure fast and lasting adoption, deliver engaging training sessions, and create a positive customer experience that paves the way for a long-term trust-based relationship.

**Profile**
- 3 to 5 years of experience in account management, software implementation, or project management (SaaS/construction experience is an asset).
- Excellent communication, training, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and propose simple, effective solutions.
- Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and collaborative mindset.
- Comfortable working with a variety of profiles: field teams, office staff, and management.
