The Memorabilia Coordinator will support in all aspects of the memorabilia program at Rogers Arena, including coaching part-time Retail staff with respect to achieving memorabilia sales goals, game night operations, and premium service. The incumbent will be responsible for game day set up through to running the event, financial settlement, and post-event follow up. The Memorabilia Coordinator will drive business and fan experience through innovative initiatives. This is a part-time, hourly, events-based position.

This role will focus on:

- Supervising silent auction kiosks on game night and delegating responsibilities accordingly
- Assisting in buying memorabilia stock throughout the season to fulfil demand
- Handling cash, float requirements, cash drops, and financial settlement for each game
- Tracking and replenishing stock during games to maximize sales opportunities and minimize shrink
- Maintaining high levels of customer service and dealing with customer questions and concerns
- Organizing all selling locations around the Rogers Arena concourse in preparation for each event, including provision of supplies and hardware
- Maintaining in-house warehouse cleanliness and organization before and after events
- Participating in inventory counts
- Working with the Senior Manager, Retail Operations to train, coach, and motivate part-time Retail staff

**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Completion of post-secondary courses in business or event management
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in an event style business; stadium or arena experience is an asset
- Must be able to work weeknights, weekends, and holidays as required
- Strong ability to multitask and adapt quickly to change
- Exceptional cash handling skills and an ability to problem solve if discrepancies occur
- Strong proficiency with Excel
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management
- Excellent people skills, with an ability to work cooperatively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
- Self-starter mentality that is excited by autonomy and has a relentless drive to succeed
