**Requirements**:

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure punch press is setup and producing quality parts
- Follow all safety practices during machine operations
- Setup and operate punch presses
- Provide expertise, support in all areas of the punch press including but not limited to: gauges, tooling, material handling and safety
- Work with all die protection sensors and operating switches
- Check tonnage and lead setting during set-up
- Ensure all reporting is as per the instructions provided on the standard operating procedures
- Follow and update press set up sheets (corrections in conjunction with the supervisor)
- Prepare the press for the die by ensuring the working area is clean and all unnecessary items are removed
- Follow all First-off and Last-off procedures as indicated in the standard operating procedure and QC department
- Assist with coil changes
- Uses forklift to move dies for change-over
- Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and on time

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $21.56 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
