**Job Description**:
**Customer Service Representative, Pharmacy**

**What you’ll need**:

- No Pharmacy experience needed
- Ability to identify, diagnose and quickly mediate problems and issues that arise
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with a passion for providing high quality client services and building relationships
- Strong communication skills (but oral and written)

**What you’ll do**:

- Answer and triage phone calls throughout the day.
- Coordinating with other pharmacies to mediate prescription transfers.
- Retrieve faxed or electronic physician’s orders, prescriptions or prescription refill requests.
- Process medication refills on the pharmacy dispensing system.
- Perform outbound calls to obtain clarifications from clients.
- Sort, file, and follow-up with pharmacy’s paperwork to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Use the pharmacy software to ensure relevant documents are printed and delivered to clients.
- Perform ad hoc tasks as required.

**To help you stand out, any or all the following are preferred**
- Ability to take initiative, multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment, and able to learn independently
- High attention to detail
- Pharmacy background is an asset but not necessary

This role requires employees to be flexible to work a variety of shifts during the business’ hours of operations, which include occasional weekend shifts and statutory holidays.
