**Human Resource Generalist**

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Consult with management and provide guidance as it aligns with ESA standards, provincial, and federal employment legislation.
- Work collaboratively with the Human Resources Business Partner to track and analyze human resources trends and metrics.
- Compile data, statistics, and other information to support research activities.
- Support the Human Resources Department in resolving complex employee relations issues and addressing complaints and concerns.
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Support the full cycle recruitment process via HRIS systems.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- 3 years of progressive work experience in a human resources capacity
- Excellent people management skills
- Analytical and goal oriented

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or equivalent
