The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced woodworking CNC operator who is highly motivated and reliable individual with aspirations to work in cabinet manufacturing using high-end cabinetry and wood working-machinery.

What you bring...
- Experience with cabinet manufacturing, CNC operation, shipping and receiving, carpentry skills, and machinery experience will be considered an asset with a willingness to learn.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to perform tasks requiring bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and design specifications.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

You will...
- Set up and operate woodworking CNC machinery, including routers, saws, and drills, to cut and shape wood components.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency, making adjustments as needed.
- Inspect finished products for quality, identifying and correcting any defects or imperfections.
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries in the workshop.
