As **SALES, Content and Marketing** at **Medical Arts Pharmacy**, you’ll help shape our story, manage brand communications, and lead marketing initiatives that improve the lives of seniors and caregivers across our communities.
**Responsibilities**
- **Role Accountabilities**:
- The Manager, Content and Marketing plays a key role in bringing the medical-arts brand to life through compelling content and thoughtful marketing execution. Reporting to the Director, Communications and Marketing, this hands-on role is responsible for producing clear, engaging and audience-specific messaging across a range of channels, ensuring alignment with brand standards and tone of voice. A key focus of this role is conveying the value **Medical Arts Pharmacy** delivers to long-term care and retirement home communities—and the residents they serve.

**Team Leadership & Performance Management**
- Supervise, coach, and mentor the inside sales teams.
- Monitor team performance and implement performance improvement plans as needed.
- Conduct regular team meetings, one-on-ones, and training sessions.
**Sales Strategy & Execution**
- Develop and execute inside sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Ensure sales pipeline consists of qualified lead generations.
- Identify additional sales opportunities amongst existing customer base.
- Organize and facilitate pipeline review meetings with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop lead generation campaigns.
- Analyze sales metrics and trends to improve sales effectiveness.
**Reporting & Forecasting**
- Prepare and present regular sales/KPI reports, forecasts, and sales performance analysis.
- Coordinate with Finance on stipends, MSTP and sales forecasting.
- Utilize Sales Force and other tools to track sales activity and pipeline development.
**Process Improvement**
- Identify inefficiencies in sales and support workflows and recommend process enhancements.
- Champion the use and optimization of Sales Force and support systems for tracking interactions and improving response times.
- Ensure that sales policies, regulations and procedures are maintained by sales team.

**Measurement and Analysis**:
- Track and analyze the performance of content and campaigns using available analytics tools.
- Monitor engagement, reach and lead generation to assess impact.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance future campaigns.
**What You Will Bring to The Team**:
- University degree in marketing, advertising, digital media or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in marketing, content development and/or advertising. Work in the healthcare, pharmacy services or senior care space is preferred.
- Proven ability to plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Skilled in digital ad platforms, social media marketing, content creation and website management.
- Proficient in Campaign Monitor, Salesforce and other CRM and marketing automation tools
- Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills tailored to diverse audiences.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects in a changing environment.
- Collaborative team player who works effectively with internal teams and external partners. Objectives and brand vision while connecting with internal and external audiences.
- Plan, execute and measure integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, targeting home operators, residents and families, and other stakeholders, to drive demand generation and engage both new and existing customers in the senior care space.
