Marketing Campaign Manager

Watts is looking for an innovative Marketing Campaign Manager responsible for creating and managing processes that ensure best practices in demand generation using both inbound and outbound marketing strategies. This individual oversees the development of integrated marketing campaigns and promotions for their assigned business unit. Additionally, the Marketing Campaign Manager oversees the development of campaign deliverables with in-house and external partners and regularly reports on campaign performance. This individual will act as a liaison between Marketing Communications and their assigned business units. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: - Developing and managing execution of integrated marketing campaign plans (B2B and B2C) that support assigned business unit’s objectives and drive awareness and growth - Managing all phases of integrated marketing campaigns including campaign strategy planning and scheduling, budget planning and tracking of expense, creative and production timelines, consolidating and reporting marketing campaign performance metrics/effectiveness, and driving improvements - Project managing execution of marketing deliverables for new product launches ensuring on-time delivery and identifying and communicating potential issues/risks to cross functional team of product managers, sales managers, internal creative services, and external agencies - Managing the creation and execution of digital/automated lead nurturing campaigns paths that include lead scoring, list segmentation, testing, and analytics - Managing the strategy of trade shows/events and memberships related to their assigned business unit and overseeing execution to include pre and post-event promotions, coordination of editorial meetings, and lead follow up EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field MANAGEMENT: This position has no direct reports QUALIFICATIONS - Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in Marketing and Marketing Communications - Demonstrated experience with marketing campaign planning and best practices - Demonstrated success in developing and launching marketing campaigns on time and on budget that deliver results - Demonstrated experience executing trade shows and events, advertising, and digital marketing activities - Proven experience in measuring and reporting marketing campaign results - Superior project management and organizational skills - Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word - Experience with marketing automation platforms, such as Marketo, preferred - Experience with HTML, CSS, and the Adobe Creative Suite a plus - Up to 20% travel PHYSICAL RTEQUIREMENTS AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT: - Works in an office/laboratory environment and in a manufacturing setting - Ability to move throughout the manufacturing and office areas - Alternate between sitting, standing, lifting of items and moving within work area. - Must be able to manipulate equipment used in performance of tasks - May occasionally be required to perform job duties outside the typical office setting. - Must have a valid driver’s license - Able to travel into the United States and Europe (up to 10%) - Position is located in Vernon, British Columbia, Canada - WORK ENVIRONMENT: - Work in office environment - May occasionally be required to perform job duties outside the typical office setting
