**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assess customer needs by listening attentively and asking relevant questions about their vehicle issues.
- Provide detailed explanations of services required, including repairs and maintenance options.
- Utilize upselling techniques to recommend additional services that enhance vehicle performance and safety.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services while keeping customers informed of their vehicle status.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain records of customer interactions in the dealership's system.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Maintain a clean and organized service area to promote professionalism within the dealership.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably within a dealership or automotive repair environment.
- Familiarity with automotive repair processes and mechanical knowledge is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in sales or upselling services is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly to customers.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
