**Afternoon Production Line Feeders**

**Starting Wage**:$17.25 per hour

J&L Beef is currently seeking Dayshift Production Line Feeders for our Cloverdale facility.
- You will need to be comfortable handling raw chicken, beef, and turkey.
- You will need to be comfortable working in a cold fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attendance is required for this role

Training will be provided

**Shift Hours**:
Monday to Friday - 6:00 am - 2:30 pm with the possibility of 1 to 2 hours of overtime each shift.

**Requirements for the position**:

- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and be a minimum 18 years of age
- Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English to effectively communicate with teammates and leadership
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision and in a team environment
- Positive attitude and safety focused
- Comfortable working with raw meat products
- Comfortable working in cold temperatures
- Willingness to develop new skills

Must be Physically fit to handle heavy loads and lift-up to 25kg frozen slabs and feed the line at intervals

1-2 years of food production experience is an asset

Forklift or power jack certification is an asset

Must have good attendance and be punctual

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Reliable transportation required
