_**Looking for Night shift AND Day shift Operator**_
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Operate and adjust **industrial saws, including band saws, circular saws, and miter saws, to cut materials such as metal, wood, or plastic.**:
- Set up saws, including adjusting blade speed, alignment, and other settings to match material specifications.
- Monitor the cutting process to ensure precision and consistency in cut dimensions.
- Load and unload materials onto and from the saws, ensuring proper handling and positioning.
- Measure and mark materials to ensure accurate cuts according to blueprints or work orders.
- Inspect finished cuts for accuracy, quality, and adherence to specifications.
- Perform routine checks and maintenance on saw blades and machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform regular maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating saws, and replace worn or damaged parts as needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues or mechanical problems with the saws.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies regarding machine operation and material handling.
- Maintain accurate records of production data, including quantities, material types, and any issues encountered.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- **Proven experience operating industrial saws or similar machinery in a manufacturing environment.**:
- Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of saw operation and maintenance.
- **Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders.**:
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in machine operation.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
