We are seeking a skilled and experienced Rigger to enhance our team, ensuring safe and efficient movement of heavy loads across various projects including construction, industrial, and commercial sites.

Job Summary:
Key Duties:
We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Rigger who possesses a strong understanding of rigging principles, equipment operation, and safety protocols.

Secondary Duties:
Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute rigging operations to move heavy loads safely and efficiently.
- Conduct pre-lift inspections of cranes, rigging equipment, and loads to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Operate cranes, hoists, and other rigging equipment.
- Collaborate with crane operators, signal persons, and other crew members for successful lifts.
- Maintain accurate records of rigging operations, including lift plans, load charts, and equipment inspections.
- Signal crane operators and secure loads properly.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations.

**Requirements**:

- An understanding of rigging principles, including load calculation, center of gravity, and stability.
- Ability to read and interpret lift plans, load charts, and other technical documents.
- Valid driver's license Class 5, Preference will be given to an Applicant with an Air Endorsement
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Physical ability to work at heights, lift up to 75 pounds, and stand for long periods.
- Safety-focused mindset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
