- Provide high-quality hair styling services, including cuts, colors, and treatments tailored to clients' needs.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and salon equipment to ensure a safe environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide expert advice on styles and products.
- Perform front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, managing client records, and handling payments.
- Engage in retail sales by recommending hair care products that complement the services provided.
- Upsell additional services or products to enhance the client experience and meet salon goals.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling techniques and products through ongoing education.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with clients and understand their needs.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Knowledge of retail sales techniques and experience in upselling products or services is preferred.
- Ability to sanitize tools and maintain hygiene standards in accordance with industry regulations.
- A valid hairdressing license or certification is required.
