**The Job**

This job will require you to work as a Towing Dispatcher as well as an Office Assistant.

An Office Assistant's responsibilities include taking calls from customers and delivering messages while also using basic office equipment like faxes or scanners. They help maintain files to keep track of important documents, organize travel arrangements, manage supply inventory and perform data entry as required.

Responsible for dispatching tow trucks to the scene of accidents or emergencies. They will also provide information to drivers about the location of the accident and the traffic conditions.

Responsible for all aspects of towing and recovery operations. They coordinate with other departments and personnel to ensure that all towing requests are handled efficiently and effectively. They are also responsible for issuing towing tickets and tracking towed vehicles.

Responsible for handling all towing calls for the company. This may include logging the call, issuing a towing order, tracking the towing vehicle, and communicating with the towing company.

Responsible for directing and managing the traffic of towed vehicles. This person is in charge of issuing tickets, managing the tow truck fleet, and communicating with the drivers.

Responsible for dispatching tow trucks to tow vehicles. This may include handling customer complaints, issuing tickets, and keeping track of tow truck activity.

**Responsibilities**:
The duty is a job that involves taking messages and directing tow trucks to people and vehicles that need assistance. dispatchers are usually responsible for answering phones, keeping track of tow truck availability, and ordering supplies.

The duty is a demanding job. It requires a lot of stamina and coordination, which is why most tow truck operators are experienced and certified. Tow truck operators are also responsible for maintaining their vehicle, and must be aware of safety regulations.
