**DESCRIPTION**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Plan and execute merchandising strategies in accordance with company guidelines and objectives.
- Coordinate with the client team to develop promotional displays and campaigns to drive sales.
- Maintain and manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock and timely replenishment.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers maintain positive relationships.
- Conduct regular store walkthroughs to ensure compliance with merchandising standards and address any issues promptly.
- Monitor competitors' merchandising strategies and recommend adjustments to stay competitive in the market.
- Assist in the execution of seasonal and thematic displays to enhance the customer shopping experience.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Proven experience in merchandising, preferably in a retail or grocery environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think innovatively and strategically.
- Ability to travel within a given territory.
- Strong understanding of technological devices.
