Located in the Fraser Valley, Miracle Springs Inc. (MSI) is BC’s largest land-based Rainbow Trout and Arctic Charr producer. MSI is looking for a full time, permanent General Farm Labourer to join our team.

**Main duties**

Farm Maintenance Technician will perform some or all of the following duties:

- Operate farm machinery, such as a ride on lawn mower, weed eater and brush cutter, in a safe manner;
- Perform yard maintenance, including mowing the lawn, weed and brush removal;
- Perform rodent control;
- Snow removal;
- Salting of walkways during low temperature events;
- Power (pressure) wash pipes, tanks, filters and other farm buildings and equipment;
- Collect and empty trash;
- Load and operate the farm composter;
- Assist with site organisation, moving equipment and equipment storage;
- Assist with farm construction and installation projects;
- Assist with farm chores;
- Assist with animal husbandry chores, when required.

- Work well with mínimal supervision.

**Requirements**:

- Must be a Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident or in possession of a valid work permit and legally eligible to work in Canada;
- Ability to lift 50 lbs/22 kg

**Details**
- Hours of work are generally 730 am - 415 pm, however, some weekend, extended hours, split shifts or overnight coverage may be required. As we are located in a remote area, you must have your own reliable transportation;
- The vast majority of work occurs outdoors in all weather conditions including rain, snow and cold;

Pay: $17.85-$20.00 per hour
