**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain project schedules.
- Conduct thorough construction estimating to determine project costs and feasibility and to relate to President.
- Perform quality inspections.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
- Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate project execution.
- Implement quality control measures
- High level workmanship.
- Provide electrical experience insights when necessary for specific project requirements.
- Prepare regular progress reports detailing project status, challenges, and solutions.

**Experience**
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or Lead or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating, quality inspection, and construction inspection processes.
- Familiarity with electrical systems and their integration into construction projects is preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise in project management and tools.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
