**Responsibilities**:

- **Develop and implement strategic sales plans**: Lead the charge in achieving company sales goals by creating and executing effective sales strategies.
- **Manage a team of sales representatives**: Inspire and support a team of driven sales professionals to reach their full potential and exceed targets.
- **Identify new business opportunities**: Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activities to uncover and capitalize on new sales prospects.
- **Build and maintain client relationships**: Cultivate strong partnerships with key clients and industry partners to foster long-term business relationships.
- **Utilize CRM software**: Harness the power of CRM tools to track sales activities, analyze data, and optimize customer relationships.
- **Conduct sales meetings and training**: Lead regular sales meetings and training sessions to empower your team with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- **Collaborate with marketing**: Work closely with our marketing team to develop innovative promotional strategies that drive sales and enhance brand visibility.

**Requirements**:

- **Proven sales management experience**: Demonstrated success in leading sales teams and achieving revenue growth targets.
- **Sales expertise**: Strong understanding of sales principles, practices, and customer relationship management.
- **Leadership skills**: Exceptional leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- **Analytical mindset**: Proficiency in analyzing sales data to draw actionable insights and inform strategic decisions.
- **Technology proficiency**: Experience with POS systems and CRM software.
- **Organizational skills**: Superior time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple priorities effectively.
- **Multilingual proficiency**: A plus, but not required.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.

Pay: $24.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
