As we continue to grow, we are looking for a skilled IT Support Worker to join our team and help us maintain our technological infrastructure.

As an IT Support Worker at BLEU Nail Bar, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our staff and ensuring that all IT systems run smoothly. Your role will involve troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining network systems, and assisting with the implementation of new technologies.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide technical support to staff for hardware and software issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity problems.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of new equipment.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements as needed.

**Qualifications**
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical staff.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified) are a plus.
