We're hiring **FULL TIME** Painter Team Leaders to help us crush it this year

Penny Paints is different from your typical painting company. We’re in the business of transforming our clients’ houses, to homes. We started in 2019 because we saw a need; clients were not being well served and contractors were lacking integrity. **We are the solution.**

We're trade experts who are passionate about transformations The London area is growing & we have **A TON** of work to do. **This will provide you with stability and security.**

A team leader is responsible for managing 3 other painters in your crew. You must have strong trade knowledge with previous painting & leadership experience. **This will offer you challenge & fulfillment.**

**Requirements**:
**You must have your own, reliable vehicle to go from site to site as needed.**

**Must Haves**:

- You must have your **own reliable vehicle** that you will need at the jobsite with you during the day
- You must be **totally comfortable working at heights on ladders**:

- You must be willing to work outside - you can't be afraid to get dirty
- You must have strong communication skills
- **Painting experience** (min 3 year consecutive)
- **Leadership experience** (min 2 years consecutive)

**Salary**: $28.00-$30.00 per hour

- 10 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability
