**POSITION**: Integration Specialists

**DEPARTMENT**: CPP Corporate

**REPORTS TO**: Lori Maxwell - VP Operations

**JOB SUMMARY**: The integration specialist's role is to support the onboarding of new partner clinics with CPP. Onboarding includes training of systems, processes and procedures to running the clinic in a way that matches CPPs requirements as well as takes advantage of CPPs benefits (e.g., purchasing contracts). This role is mostly remote with some travel to new clinics as needed.

- Leading the onboarding of new clinics onto CPP systems including

Payroll

Purchasing and Accounting

Inventory tracking

Supporting clinics as needed with adding employees to systems

  • Training Practice Managers and teams on how to use those systems
  • Entering data as needed to get those systems setup correctly
  • Support clinic as needed when questions / issues arise during the onboarding process
  • Support operations as we plan for the first 12 months post acquisition
  • Build out and improve existing video training modules for onboarding of new clinics

Good proficiency and quick learner of computer systems
