_MowGOSnowGO Ltd. is a landscape, construction and snow removal business. We are looking for hard working, reliable and motivated individuals to join our Winter Maintenance Operations Team for Guelph and Kitchener/Waterloo._

MowGO SnowGO is currently seeking motivated individuals looking to join our growing winter maintenance team. WE ARE CURRENTLY SEEKING SIDEWALK CREW LEADERS AND LABOURERS. Suitable team members are motivated individuals that enjoy working outdoors on a daily basis and are comfortable in the operation of snow plowing maintenance equipment.

**Salary**:$ 22.00 - $26.00 -- depending on experience

**Responsibilities**
- Interact with clients in a professional and courteous manner
- Plowing maintenance; operating snow plow, snow blowers, shovelling, salting, etc.
- Communicate with client and supervisor to ensure job satisfaction is achieved
- Follow planned plowing instructions
- Ensure compliance with company health and safety training and reporting requirements
- Required to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
- Responsible for own transportation to and from the shop each day
- A valid G license is required with a clean driving record
- Responsible to provide own personal protective equipment
- Must be willing to work 40-50 hours per week and some weekends depending on work load
- Participate in snow clearing operations during winter months
- Other duties will be assigned as required

**Desired Skills and Experience**
- 1 -2 years experience in winter maintenance is preferred
- Experience with all maintenance equipment (blowers, trimmers, hedge trimmer, lawn mowers, various small tools, skid steers, bobcats, Kubota tractors etc.)
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Must be safety conscious
- Skill to troubleshoot solutions when problems arise
- Excellent team player
- Great communication skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Must be enthusiastic and willing to learn new skills
- Must be punctual and personable
- Must obtain WHMIS and Health and Safety training

This position is seasonal with the potential of year-round employment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
