As a Greenhouse Worker, you enjoy working with your hands, you like being surrounded by plants, and are passionate about cannabis. You are ready to help elevate our existing Cultivation and Harvest practices so we can deliver exceptional products and experiences to our customers.

**Essential Functions**
- **Operational Performance**:

- Assist in the production and harvesting of cannabis
- Conduct daily care and crop maintenance at all phases of production
- Harvest and replant rooms in an efficient and timely manner
- Identify and report problems with plants or products
- Prepare equipment for planting different cannabis batches
- Move plants, materials, and supplies within the premises to support cannabis life cycle needs
- **Quality &Compliance**:

- Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Pure Sunfarms guidelines and procedures related to daily work activities
- In accordance with regulations, ensure a meticulous level of cleanliness and sterility inside the cannabis production area
- **Safety**:

- Understand and follow Pure Sunfarms safety protocols
- Work with a high degree of caution, taking general care of tools and equipment

**Other Duties**
- We work in a fast-paced environment, rolling up our sleeves to build something bigger than ourselves. Other duties may arise from time to time/most of the time and as a team, we look to support each other.

**Your Brand, Your Story**
- We already know you are passionate about growing, maintaining, and taking care of plants but we want to know more about your story and experiences. You're good at the following:

- Previous experience working in a greenhouse would be considered an asset but is not required as training will be provided
- Knowledge of GPP/GAP (Good Production Practices/Good Agricultural Practices) would be considered an asset but is not required
- Able to follow instructions and directions and perform assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner
- Work well in both a group setting or independently
- Ability to work weekends, depending on nursery, crop, and harvest demand
- This position works under greenhouse conditions of +30 degrees Celsius all year round
- This position requires repetitive motion, handling heavy loads (up to 45kg) and extended periods of time standing, bending, crouching, and kneeling

- Must have the ability to maintain and pass an RCMP criminal record check and obtain security clearance. Please note our background check process includes proof of full COVID-19 vaccination status. Exemptions requested under Human Rights law will be addressed through Pure Sunfarms’ accommodations processes.

**Shifts**
- Morning (AM) shift and potentially weekends (weekend required depending on demand)
- Minimum 30 hours per week

**Hourly Wage**
- $15.65/per hour
