Reporting to the Director of operation, the Bartender is responsible for ensuring high-quality service and contributing to creating a memorable experience for customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Welcome and serve customers at the bar courteously and professionally.
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and well-known popular recipes.
- Advise customers on drink choices based on their preferences.
- Maintain a clean and well-organized bar, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
- Manage beverage stocks, place orders, and ensure restocking.
- Handle payments accurately and manage the bar cash register.
- Create a friendly atmosphere by interacting with customers positively.
- Contribute to the creation of new cocktails and beverages to expand the menu.
- Monitor customers' level of intoxication and intervene responsibly if necessary.
- Collaborate with the service and kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
- Any other related tasks to ensure the quality of the department's service.

**Required Skills**:

- Previous experience as a bartender is an asset.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
- In-depth knowledge of drinks, cocktails, and mixology techniques.
- Ability to work under pressure during busy periods.
- Skill in handling money and the cash register accurately.
- Creativity in developing new drink recipes.
- Adherence to food hygiene and safety standards.
- Team spirit and ability to work collaboratively.
- SmartServe certification, mandatory
- Flexibility in work schedules, including evenings and weekends.
