**What you will bring**
- Work experience in Work force software for more than 3 years with configuration specialist certification
- PT102.
- Should be an expert in using Workforce formula Language.
- Good knowledge on Time management and HCM process.
- Should have worked in policy editor and should be able to manage the configurations independently.
- Good understanding on the workforce system flow.
- Should be able to analyze and understand the requirements of time management at global level.
- Hands on experience in Accruals, Exceptions, Roles, Premiums, TCP, Settings etc.
- Ability to understand the inflow and outflow of workforce software (Knowledge on MuleSoft is an advantage)
- Should know the concepts of HR import and Payroll export
- Good communication skills both Verbal and written.
- Should have sound knowledge in Workforce debugging
- Knowledge on SF-EC and LOA set up in EC is preferred.
- Knowledge on SQL query
