**Overview**
**Duties**
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various plumbing tasks.
- Perform welding tasks as needed for pipe fittings and repairs.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on plumbing systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople, including carpenters and HVAC technicians, to complete projects efficiently.
- Adhere to safety regulations and best practices while on the job site.
- Manage heavy lifting of materials and equipment as required during installations or repairs.
**Experience**
- Proven experience as a plumber with a valid Journeyperson license or equivalent certification.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding plumbing schematics.
- Familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus.
- Strong basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various environments.
- Experience with heavy lifting and physical labor associated with plumbing tasks is essential.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $70,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
Additional pay:
- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
