Poultry Processing Labourer

**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Assist in the packaging of food products, ensuring proper labeling and quality control.
- Handling and preparation of Poultry products for distribution and retail. This includes tasks like cleaning, cutting, trimming, wrapping, and packaging poultry, all while adhering to strict safety and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas by regularly sanitizing equipment and surfaces.
- Follow food safety regulations to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals efficiently.
- Operate basic machinery related to food processing, utilizing mechanical knowledge when necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in the food industry or food processing is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is essential for maintaining product integrity.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Willingness to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
