To be successful in this role, you need excellent organization and communication skills, attention to detail, negotiating skills and in-depth knowledge of the content industry.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Proactive contract management and communication with relevant parties: repertoire agreements (track status, expiry dates and keys terms), monitor the performance of contracts to ensure compliance with terms and conditions, provide periodic reviews and updates on contract statuses to stakeholders. Identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Develop and prepare presentation materials and approval documents to support decision-making process: specifically, the Content Committee meetings and Operation Committees (OPCO).
- Negotiation: renew/amend transactional agreements with Studios and Adult providers, coordinate non-renewal and/or termination notices, extend Affiliation and App agreements.
- Track and analyze results: Create and manage dashboard(s) for television programming services performance, monthly reporting of revenues generated by Premium and Transactional services.
- Track compliance and implement agreed terms and obligations with internal groups such as Operation and Finance.

**What you will bring**:

- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Excellent presentation & communications skills, with experience presenting to stakeholders.
- Commitment to quality performance and teamwork across multiple disciplines.
- Detail oriented with an aptitude for tracking progress across many initiatives.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to effectively interact with cross functional teams.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Legal knowledge: understanding of legal terminology, ability to search and repertoire contractual obligations.
- Demonstrated knowledge of commonly used concepts, methodologies, and procedures to manage agreements.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft suite of products: produce reports in MS Excel using advanced techniques (such as: functions, vlookups, concatenation, pivot tables, and macros) and present in an easy-to-understand format (such as MS PowerPoint).
- Ability to manipulate including extracting, cleaning and constructing databases, gathered from multiple sources.
- Knowledge of Power BI (internal reporting software program) is helpful but not required.

This is a hybrid work position and will require you to be in office three days per week.
