**About us**

Fulton Food Safety Inc. is a full service food safety consultancy providing technical food safety consulting services to the food manufacturing industry across a variety of commodities. This entry level position is responsible for directed onsite food safety and quality program maintenance and support services at manufacturing sites in the GTA and surrounding areas.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct onsite visits to a variety of food manufacturing facilities as scheduled;
- Review written programs against regulatory & customer requirements;
- Facilitate and complete record review and onsite verification of written programs relating to food safety, legality, and quality systems, and complete reporting documentation;
- Conduct internal audits of procedures and issue completed reports;
**Qualification**
- Graduated with a relevant degree or post-secondary designation;
- Experience in food manufacturing is an asset but not mandatory;
- Strong interest in food safety and quality;
- Familiarity with CFIA, OMAFRA, and GFSI schemes are an asset;
- Ability to work in cold and wet manufacturing environments;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Valid drivers license or reliable mode of transportation - commuting is required;

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 16-24 per week
