**Job description**

The **Solterra Construction Corp.** specializes in developing and building top-quality Highrise residences and townhomes. Over the past 18 years, the team at Solterra has been involved in developing many award-winning multi-residential communities throughout the Lower Mainland. We understand the importance of a home and pride ourselves on creating residences that feature exceptional design, solid construction, and quality finishes.

We are currently looking for Carpenters to work at our **Monaco** highrise project in **White Rock**, where you will play an integral role in the finishing stage of high-end residential units.

As a Carpenter you will have the ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings and building plans, and will be able to quickly develop an understanding of the scope of work. Experience with residential projects, specifically concrete highrises, would be preferred - but hands-on construction experience is a must.

We are looking for **experienced carpenters, must have stairs & highrise experience.**

**Other requirements**:

- Ability to work collaboratively with the team
- Can take direction from site Foreman
- Self-starter and ability to work with mínimal direction
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Performs work using safety practices
- Solid work ethic
- Fall pro is an asset

**Compensation and Next Steps**:
**Must be legally authorized to work in Canada to be considered.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $38.00-$40.00 per hour
