**LOCATION**: Pot-O-Gold Store

**STATUS OF EMPLOYMENT**: Part-Time (12-18 hours per week)

**POSITION EXPECTATIONS**:

- Work with little or no supervision
- Consult with the program supervisor or designate
- Greet customers
- Respond to customer questions and provide outstanding customer service
- Direct customers to merchandise in the store to improve engagement with merchandise
- Operate a cash register, manage financial transactions and perform cash-out duties
- Maintain an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor
- Introduce promotions and opportunities to customers
- Follow health and safety procedures
- Follow procedures to meet the store’s goals
- Be a team player with a positive attitude and good communication
- Represent Pot-O-Gold Store professionally in the community
- Implement day to day store routine
- Resolve problems and conflicts as they arise**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Retail sales experience

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- A minimum of grade 12
- Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle with appropriate insurance
- A professional appearance
- Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time

**WAGE**: To Be Negotiated

**CLOSING DATE**: August 1, 2025

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
