**The duties for this position include**:

- Clean the interior of buildings including floors, carpet, rugs, appliances, restrooms, hallways, windows and walls.
- Disinfect commonly used items like desks, door handles, office tools and phones and any high traffic touch points around the office.
- Empty trash and recycling bins from boardroom, restrooms, lunch room, etc.
- Empty all trash into the appropriate bins located at the back of the building. Dust and cleaning all surfaces.
- Ensure that the building is kept in a clean and orderly condition
- Sweep and mop restroom floors, sinks, toiles, mirrors, etc. Refill all soap and paper dispensers.
- Load/unload lunchroom dishwasher, clean all countertops and lunch table. Clean conference room.
- Mopping, scrubbing floors, vacuuming and spot cleaning carpets, dust, vacuum and clean windows.
- Removing trash and sanitizing trash containers disposing item in the correct bins.
- Performing Housekeeping duties to include vacuuming, sweeping, scrubbing, dust mopping and wet mopping floors, furniture dusting, cleaning and replenishing restrooms supplies.
- Maintain company premises in a clean and orderly way by picking up trash, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, or using industrial cleaning equipment to clean floors.
- Perform light dusting, window cleaning, vacuuming, and dishware cleaning.
