**The Opportunity**
As a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) Senior, you will join a global team, where you’ll have the opportunity to learn, grow, and mentor other team members. You will be actively engaged with Product Management, Product Engineering, and others across the CloudOps Delivery team. You will bring your ideas and knowledge to continue to improve and make our cloud deployments more resilient.
Your function will be responsible for the technical delivery of the CS (Content Server) Platform-based solutions. Such delivery activities encompass the development, deployment, testing and documentation of specific software components - either providing extensions to specific items of core product functionality or implementing specific system integration components. This role has a heavy deployment and administration emphasis, combined with the consultative skills required to promote the impression of quality and excellence actively fostered within the Professional Services team.

**You Are Great At**:

- Design and develop CI/CD pipeline through industry standard CI/CD technologies
- Ability to develop a shared library using GitLab to enable build and deploy
- Able to work with cross-functional teams to deliver Infra-as-a-code solutions to build infrastructure configuration management solutions
- Troubleshoot build and deployment-related issues on cloud platforms
- Act as Scrum Leader while developing new CI/CD processes for cloud operations deployments
- Support solutions 7x24x365 as part of a global team

**What It Takes**:

- 7+ years overall deployment/build/support/architecture experience with a minimum of 2+ years in DevOps or cloud technologies
- General knowledge of UNIX/Linux & Windows
- Experience working hyperscalers such as Google, AWS, and Azure in a solution and deployment role
- Experience with scripting (Shell, Python, etc.,)
- Experience with at least one CI/CD build and deployment system (Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub or AzureDevOps GitHub, Maven)
- Experience in a scrum team as an SRE or senior DevOps role from start to finish (build/deploy/support)
- Strong understanding of cloud-native and container-based distributed systems like Kubernetes
- Ability to collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, Infrastructure, and Operations teams to develop design and deliver solutions to drive infrastructure provisioning on any cloud platform using Terraform, Helm, and Ansible
- Ability to work with AppDev/Engineering to develop release mechanisms that improve the product release cycle (enable hooks for APM, develop DR and Automated redeployment strategies)
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Dynatrace, and NewRelic
- Need to be a self-starter and have the ability to multi-task spreading work from daily activities and projects
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Desired Skills
- Exposure to open-source technologies
- Experience in Docker, Docker compose, Docker file
- Experience with container orchestration technologies on cloud platforms (AKS/EKS/PKS/GKE Instances)
- Infra automation using Ansible/Terraform/Helm
- Ability to provision infrastructure using Terraform both in a pipeline and outside a pipeline
- Working experience in provisioning and managing container clusters
- Good understanding of docker networking, volumes, and registry
