**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper food handling and safety practices.
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
- Operate the POS system efficiently, including cash handling and processing payments accurately.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations in the food service industry.
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during busy periods.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders and ensure seamless service.
- Stay informed about new drink recipes, trends in the beverage industry, and seasonal offerings.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred, with knowledge of Micros POS systems being a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink preparation measurements.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques.
- A passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences for customers.
