**Overview**

We are looking for **friendly and outgoing** **cleaners with excellent customer service skills** to join our team.

Cleaners will be responsible for cleaning and deep cleaning in residential homes, with occasional commerical jobs available as well. This role requires strong communication skills, a commitment to customer service, and the ability to manage time effectively while performing various cleaning tasks.

**Duties**
- Perform thorough residential cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning bathrooms, kitchens and surfaces.
- Occasionally doing laundry and other additional tasks, like oven cleaning, fridge cleaning, and patio cleaning.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
- Provide exceptional customer service by being attentive to client requests and feedback.
- Manage time efficiently to complete all assigned tasks within scheduled hours.
- Follow safety protocols while using cleaning supplies and equipment.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Previous experience in residential cleaning is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of cleaning duties.
- A friendly demeanor with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
- Willingness to adapt to different cleaning environments and client preferences.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 35 per week
