**Apartment Building Concierge responsibilities include**:

- Greeting visitors and handling incoming calls
- Managing the building access control system
- Monitoring surveillance cameras
- Handling residents' requests
- Scheduling repairs and maintenance services
- Keeping the building lobby and common areas clean and orderly

**Apartment Building Concierge skills**:

- Proven work experience as a concierge or front desk agent
- Hands-on experience with security systems and surveillance cameras
- Familiarity with data analysis tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding organizational and time management abilities
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus
