**_Catholic Social Service is currently recruiting for a Full Time (40 hrs/week) Healthcare Coordinator in Red Deer._**

**Job Summary**:
The Health services Coordinator will engage in program duties as well as deliver health education programs and provide consultative services regarding issues relevant to the delivery of our services. There will also be focus to development and implementation of the program in accordance with Health Care Standards and competence. As a coach and mentor to a dedicated team of Health Care Workers, you set the example of high quality, client-focused care. You are comfortable educating and evaluating the skills of our Health Care Workers. Working with adults with personal care needs, you will develop solid working relationships with clients, staff, Agency leadership and community stakeholders.

Position includes: 4 shifts per week (10 hours per shift) with one full weekend per month.

**Education and Qualifications**:

- A Diploma/Degree in Health Care Services (or equivalent)
- Must hold an LPN/RN License.
- Must hold a valid practice permit
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working with people with complex personal/medical care needs
- Supervisory experience is considered an asset
- A vehicle and valid class 5 driver's license - requirement to transport clients in your personal vehicle
- Clear and current drivers abstract
- Proof of vehicle insurance showing $2 million liability coverage
- Valid first aid and CPR
- Vulnerable Sector Check from local RCMP or city police detachment
- Child Intervention Record Check
