**Description**:The Client Services Worker reports to a Client Services Worker with Supervisor Responsibilities (PSR) Program Supervisor. The Client Services Worker with Supervisor Responsibilities reports to the Client Services Coordinator This person works primarily within a team setting, however, may also work independently within a program or through community access. This is a front-line position that has the responsibility to support and facilitate the development of skills and competencies that will assist clients to pursue and fulfilling their goals, objectives, and aspirations.

**Minimum Qualifications: (CSWorker 1)**:

- Equivalent of High School education from a recognized institution (or currently enrolled in High School)
- Proficient command/comprehension of the English language
- Police Information Check that does not disqualify you from employment
- Emergency First Aid and CPR
- Minimum three Open Futures Learning courses annually

**Additional Qualifications**:

- Medication Administration Training
- Abuse Prevention & Response Protocol
- Client Rights
- Non-Violent Crisis Intervention Training
- Class Four License to drive corporate vehicles or Class Five License and two-million-dollar liability insurance on personal vehicle (when applicable)

**Salary**:

- CSW Rate: $19.45 - $22.77 (dependent on education/experience)
- Casual rate: $18.15 per hour

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
